LAAL: a Silent Side Rules, Guide, and Terms of Use for Sharing Messages ************* LaaL Group is an extension to my personal site (http://LaaL.org) for interested members to share their views and ideas with each other. Such views and ideas will go well beyond members because not only members, but also non-member visitors of the site actually forward messages to others. The following is a guideline for all, and terms of use for members who are interested to post messages for the group. Except for correcting clerical errors and typos, any time this Guide and Term of Use for Sharing Messages is updated, all members will be notified by an email. Obviously, updates are not retroactive. Please check for updates as we grow at: http://laal.org/Group/RGandTU.htm There is no membership fee and anyone can join this group. The only requirement for membership is an email address. Any member can post a message for the group simply by emailing it to: laal@googlegroups.com Once a message is posted, it is public and the member who sent the message to the group (herein after referred to as poster) is responsible for its content as follows: All data, text, information, links and other content (collectively, "Content"), is the sole responsibility of the poster. This means that the poster, (and not the Service that includes Google, group owner, group manager, or group moderator) is entirely responsible for all Content that is published, posted, uploaded, distributed, disseminated or otherwise transmitted (collectively, "Posted") via the Service. Under no circumstances will the Service be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to, for any errors or omissions in any Content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content Posted via the Service. However, since the Service treats any and all messages as issues subject to discussion, an interested party can always refute or dispute the underlying facts of the issue, and the Service will publish them within the framework of these rules. Both users and posters agree that they must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with using and/or posting any Content, including any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of such Content. The poster understands that the technical processing and transmission of the Service, including Content, may involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. While there is a limited privacy provided by Google to protect posers’ email address from spammers, a Poster’s email address is visible to other members to be able to communicate with the author directly. So, it is preferable to use an email address specifically for posting messages for this group. Once you join the group, you can edit your profile to choose a nick name, etc. You can invite other people to join the group. When someone is joined the group, his/her membership will be permanent and ONLY he/she can remove his/her membership or ask to be removed at any time. A request to unsubscribe is taken as to stop sending email to the member. Not only anyone can visit the site, but also ex-members can still post a message or reply to one. By default, each and every member will receive a summary email per day, but members can chose other delivery methods, i.e. receiving emails immediately upon posting or no email at all and just check the site (LaaL: a Silent Side) http://googlegroups.com/group/laal at their convenience. LaaL Group is not affiliated with any group, organization, and/or political, religious or governmental entity whatsoever. It is seeking dialogue --NOT force or submission-- for peace or at least warless coexistence amongst human beings irrespective of any and all cultural backgrounds, racial and ethnic attributes or political and religious beliefs. LaaL Group is issue oriented. Any member can introduce an issue for discussion/information or reply to one. However, LaaL will not allow the group to become a forum for special interests. It will not allow anyone to effectively make the group useless by redundancy, silliness, etc. Yet, no member will ever be banned from posting messages for the group. Each message will have its own merits to be published / rejected irrespective of who sends it for publishing. In other words, a specific message may be rejected, but the same member can post another message or communicate with the moderator to modify his/her message for posting. While LaaL does not monitor and/or moderate all messages, it will reserve the right to use its own discretion in deciding whether to publish a message or a portion of it or to reject it altogether. As a general rule, redundancy, propagandism, explicit indecency, name calling, and bundling unrelated issues are the top reasons for rejection. On the other hand, a good message will have a short, but descriptive subject line followed by an opening statement in few sentences to address the issue. Any member can object to a particular message, but disagreements based on opinion are not taken as objection. Discrepancies on underlying facts should be presented with reference to sources and documentation. The group moderator will use his/her judgment to stop an argument by giving each side the opportunity to summarize its view in a final message. No side will be declared the winner or loser and each side can go on with other issues. Other members who did not participate in the first round of the argument may take the issue for further discussions. Please note: While the following member IDs have been used in the past, as of November 21, 2007, I will use them for different purposes as follows: 1. Anonymous laalgroupmember@GMail.com It is obviously for messages from members who wish to remain anonymous. 2. Bench: laal.bench@GMail.com It is mostly for comments on news, articles, and portion of rejected messages that are deemed beneficial for the group. Such messages may also come from people who are not members of the group. 3. MLaal Mohamad@laal.org It is mostly for messages I received from the readers of my personal site http://laal.org 4. MP: Mohamad.Purqurian@GMail.com It is mostly for messages when I initiate an issue. The general rule for posting messages is “take it or leave it” meaning the message is either accepted for posting or rejected in its entirety. The exception is when a portion of the message is taken from the original to be published. Such a portion is quoted by reference in a message posted by Bench or MLaal. No references will be given for messages posted as Anonymous. لعل لال: راهنما، مقررات و شرايط برای استفاده و نشر پيامها ************* گروه لعل لال امتداد سايت شخصی من برای علاقمندان است تا عقايد و نظرات خود را با همديگر مبادله کنند. اين عقايد و نظرات در محدوده اعضا نيست چرا که در عمل هم اعضا و هم ديگربازديد کنندگان مطالب گروه را برای ديگران ارسال ميکنند. آنچه در زير آمده است در واقع يک راهنما برای همه و مقررات و شرايط برای کسانی است که علاقمند به استفاده و يا نشر پيام هستند. به استثنای اصلاحات املائی و چاپی، هر گاه اين راهنما، مقررات، شرايط، ويا هرترکيبی از آن تغيير کرد، نسخه جديد از طريق ايميل برای اعضا فرستاده ميشود. بديهی است که نسخه های جديد عطف بما برای نشر به آدرس زير بفرستد: بمحض نشر پيام، مطلب در اختيارعام قرار ميگيرد و عضوی که پيام را فرستاده بود (از اين پس بعنوان پيام نگار از او ياد ميشود) مسئول محتوای پيام به شرح زير خواهد بود: تنها پيام نگار مسئول داده ها، نثر، اطلاعات، گزينه ها و ساير مطالب که بطور جمع محتوای پيام را تشکيل ميدهد، خواهد بود. بدين معنی که پيام نگار (و نه سرويس که شامل گوگل، ويا دارنده، مدير وگرداننده گروه ميباشد) مسئول تمامی محتوائی است که از طريق سرويس چاپ، نشر، انتقال، پخش، و ياارسال ميگردد. سرويس تحت هيچ شرايطی و بهيچ عنوانی مسئول محتوای پيام که شامل اشتباهات، حذفيات، ضرر، زيان و غيره ميگردد و احتمالآ از طريق نشر محتوای پيام ممکن است به شخص، گروه، سازمان و غيره وارد گردد، نخواهد بود. با اينحال از آنجا که اين سرويس تمامی پيامها را بعنوان موضوعاتی مشمول بحث در نظر ميگيرد، هر علاقمندی ميتواند واقعيت هر مطلبی را رد و يا به چالش بکشد وسرويس آنرا در چارچوب اين مقررات نشر وپخش خواهد کرد. پيام نگار و مصرف کننده هر دو قبول دارند که بايد محتوای پيام را ارزيابی و ريسک نگارش و يا استفاده ازآنرا که شامل درستی، تماميت و قابليت استفاده است در نظر بگيرند. پيام نگار ميداند که پروسه تکنيکی و انتقال سرويس ممکن است شامل (ا) انتقال پيام روی شبکه های مختلف و (ب) تغييراتی برای سازگاری و شرايط فنی در ارتباط با شبکه ها و دستگاهها باشد. در حاليکه گوگل شرايط محدودی برای حمايت از حفظ آدرس ايميل پيام نگار در نظر گرفته است، آدرس ايميل پيام نگار برای ساير اعضا قابل رؤيت است تا بتوانند مستقيمآ با پيام نگار تماس برقرار کنند. بنابراين بهتر است که پيام نگار آدرس جداگانه ای برای اينکار در نظر بگيرد. همينکه شما عضو گروه شديد، ميتوانيد مشخصات خودرا تنظيم کنيد، نام مستعار برای خود انتخاب کنيد وغيره. شما ميتوانيد افراد ديگری را برای عضويت در گروه دعوت کنيد. عضويت افراد در گروه دائم است و هيچکس غير از خود عضو نميتواند عضويتش را لغو کند و يا از گروه بخواهد که آنرا لغو نمايد. در خواست عدم عضويت بعنوان توقف در ارسال ايميل تلقی ميشود. نه تنها هر کسی ميتواند به سايت مراجعه کند، بلکه اعضای سابق هم ميتوانند پيام نگار باشند و يا برای هر پيامی جوابيه بفرستند. تمامی اعضا بطور پيش فرض هرروز يک ايميل دريافت ميکنند که شامل آخرين پيامهای رسيده است. ولی هر عضوی ميتواند اين پيش فرض را تغيير دهد که مثلآ هر پيام را بمحض نشر دريافت کند و يا اينکه اصلآ ايميل نگيرد و پيامهارا در فرصت مناسب ازطريق سايت به آدرس زير مرور کند: http://googlegroups.com/group/laal گروه لعل لال بهيچ گروه، سازمان و يا نهاد سياسی، مذهبی، ويا دولتی وابسته نيست. هدف آن گفتمان – نه زور يا تسليم-- برای صلح و يا حداقل همزيستی بدون جنگ بين انسانها بدون توجه به پيشينه فرهنگی، نژادی، قبيله ای يا باورهای سياسی و مذهبی آنهاست. گروه لعل لال گرايش موضوعی دارد. هرعضوی ميتواند موضوعی را برای بحث/اطلاع مطرح کند ويا به موضوعی ديگر جواب بدهد. ولی لعل لال اجازه نميدهد که گروه محلی برای منافع ويژه تبديل شود. بهيچ کس اجازه داده نميشود که گروه را با تکرار، حماقت و غيره بيثمر کند. با اينحال هيچ عضوی از حق نگارش پيام محروم نميشود. هر پيامی بدون توجه به سابقه پيام نگار و بر اساس شايستگی خود پيام برای چاپ و يا رد آن مورد بررسی قرار ميگيرد. بعبارت ديگر پيام بخصوصی ممکن است رد شود ولی همان پيام نگار ميتواند مطلب ديگری را برای نشر و پخش برای گروه بفرستد و يا با تماس با گرداننده گروه پيام قبلی را برای نشر و پخش تغيير دهد. در حاليکه لعل لال تمام پيامها را زير نظر ندارد و يا مورد تغيير قرار نميدهد، اين حق را برای خود قائل است که با تشخيص خود هر پيامی را رد ويا پخش کند. بطورکلی، دلائل عمده رد يک پيام عبارتند از تکرار مکررات، تبليغات بی اساس (پروپاگاندا)، بيشرمی آشکار، بد دهنی و مخلوط کردن موضوعات بيربط. ازطرف ديگر يک پيام خوب با عنوانی کوتاه و گويا شروع ميشود ودراولين جملات آن اصل موضوع را بطور اختصار بيان ميکند. هرعضوی ميتواند نسبت به هر پيام خاصی اعتراض داشته باشد، ولی اختلاف عقيده اعتراض محسوب نميشود. اختلافات ناشی از زير بنای واقعيات بهتر است با اشاره به منابع و مدارک ارائه شود. گرداننده گروه به تشخيص خودش هر بحثی را با دادن امکان يک پيام خلاصه بطرفين خاتمه ميدهد. هيچ کدام از طرفين برنده اعلام نميشود و هرکدام ميتوانند موضوع ديگری را دنبال کنند. سايراعضا که در دور اول بحث شرکت نداشتند، ميتوانند موضوع مختومه را برای تفحص بيشتردنبال کنند. لطفآ توجه بفرمائيد: در حاليکه شناسه های زير قبلآ استفاده شده اند، از تاريخ سی ام آبان ماه سال ۱۳۸٦ من آنهارا برای مقاصد مختلف به شرح زير استفاده ميکنم: ۱. گمنام بديهی است اين شناسه برای پيامهائی است که پيام نگار ترجيح ميدهد شناسائی نشود. ۲. کرسی لال اين شناسه بيشتر برای اظهار نظر بر اخبار، مقالات و قسمتی ازهر پيام مردودی است که بنظر ميرسد برای گروه مفيد باشد. اينگونه پيامها ممکن است شامل پيامهای رسيده ازطرف ديگران (غيرعضو) نيز باشند. ۳. م لال اين شناسه بيشتر برای پيامهائی است که از طرف خوانندگان مطالب سايت شخصی من: رسيده است. ۴. م پ اين شناسه بيشتر برای پيامهائی است که من شخصآ موضوعی را مطرح ميکنم. بطور کلی هر پيام بر اساس "اين است که هست" بررسی ميشود بدين معنی که يا پيام در حالتی که به گروه رسيده است وبدون هيچ تغييری چاپ و پخش ميشود و يا اينکه رد ميگردد. در موارد استثنائی قسمتی از يک پيام مردود برای نشر و پخش انتخاب ميشود که با قيد شناسه پيام نگار اوليه در بطن پيام ديگری زيريکی از دو شناسه "کرسی لال" ويا "م لال" قرار ميگيرد. اگر بجای اين دو شناسه، از شناسه "گمنام" استفاده شود، شناسه پيام نگار اوليه قيد نخواهد شد. آشتی محمد پورقوريان سی ام آبان ماه ۱۳۸٦ درست در چنين
